AMAZING Black Metal/Death Metal, one of the best albums out of this style since the 90’s. Obviously everyone is compared to Dissection - and this is as close to that level as I’ve heard in a long time - but this is much heavier and thrashier with a lot different lyrical content, much more based in Norse content. Officially got too impatient for their new album Seventh Secular Crusade to be available here on bandcamp so hoping this album plus the couple new albums (to me) I recently bought will keep distracted enough until I can buy that too.
Swedish Melodic Black Metal just has that sound. Glad my Dissection and Sacramentum albums finally have some company. ChaosFury
