Литоургиiа réussit l'impensable : faire entrer le black metal dans l'église orthodoxe.
This whole album is flawless. This is music for walking in the rain and letting your thoughts run. It's not just a collection of songs, but an actual album. yakbone
Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album. Odiumediae
Funeral Doom has long interested me, yet some of it can be meandering and monotonous. perhaps it was a bad band and perhaps it hadn't clicked for me. Perhaps it was just age and now being older than when I was a teenager helps that. perhaps OM is just crushing and dense and has no problem being epic and thunderous. It is finally time to dive deep into Funeral Doom. 4.5/5 ClassyMusicSnob
Russian Black Metal. After the wonders of their latest album "Zeals in the Temple of Death", I decided I needed more! Doing my usual & asking for a new album just six months after their latest is just too much - so I went back in time! This one is just as awesome & you can see their greatness in the making! The use of the mouth harp is superb & I wish more bands did this! Oh & I also would like a new album... :) Highly recommended!!! bmurator
