I've been craving Tech Death thats groovy, fun and something with awesome guitar solos. However, Tech Death has been the genre for show offs, wannabes and music nerds that all just make music that puts you to sleep, as it can becomes a test of patience to not switch to a more enjoyable album. Inhuman, says fuck that, lets bring out some awesome guitar solos, a drummer that enjoys what he does and a bass does its job well and even stands out a little bit. 3.5/5

Officially got too impatient for their new album Seventh Secular Crusade to be available here on bandcamp so hoping this album plus the couple new albums (to me) I recently bought will keep distracted enough until I can buy that too.
Swedish Melodic Black Metal just has that sound. Glad my Dissection and Sacramentum albums finally have some company. ChaosFury

Gaerea's first release of "Unsettling Whispers" was in 2018, and since, they dared define a "black metal" niche of their own, they dared to walk a new path and stir shit up a bit in the realm of BM, this album is a masterpiece and a milestone proving that it can be done, provided the band can pull it off, and they did, oh they did! Gloomy, dark, post-BM sludgy whatever, it's Gaerea, and this one belongs in my BC collection, the end. sachavonkarl74
